Which payment methods do you accept?
We accpet a range of secure and easy to use payment methods with the aim of facilitating your purchase experience. Our top of the list options include credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, CashApp And Zelle.
Do you offer a product warranty?
All products sold by Strolleria are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty.
There’s no need to visit Stroller Universe for a warranty issue. Regardless of where products are purchased, the manufacturer will handle your warranty claim and ship repair or replacement parts to you directly if necessary.
Why was my order automatically canceled?
Our website may automatically cancel orders in cases where there is a risk of fraud. Common reasons for this might include multiple failed payment attempts due to an incorrect billing address or zip code, use of an international credit card, or placing the order from outside our service area. While your credit card may be authorized, it will not be charged for a canceled order. If you see a charge marked as ‘pending’ in your bank account, please note that the funds will be returned to you in the next few days once processed by your credit card company. If you wish to reorder, you may try using a different credit card or alternative payment methods such as PayPal or Google Pay.
I didn’t receive all of the items in my order. When can I expect the other items?
If you have received tracking information for all items in your order, your order may have been shipped in multiple boxes that were separated during transit. Small accessories such as car seat adapters also may have been placed inside a larger box to ensure that items arrive together.
How long does shipping take?
Free shipping on orders over $650 is available to Stroller Universe customers in the lower 48 states. We do not offer free shipping outside the United States.
Transit time to your location are 1 to 5 days, on average. Transit times are only estimates, and are subject to change. UPS delivers packages on Saturdays and Sundays in most cities, excluding rural areas.
Where do you ship?
We offer free shipping on orders over $49 across the continental United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). We do not offer international shipping, but some customers choose to ship items to a freight forwarding company.
